The Overview
A cross-platform campaign positioning the Toyota Grand Highlander as a spacious, powerful, and stylish SUV built for meaningful moments with family and friends. Social and digital content showcased real-life experiences that reflected Toyota’s themes of connection, comfort, and community. Content ran across Taste of Home, Reader’s Digest, Family Handyman and across the Trusted Media Brands network.
The Process
Sourced and managed creators who aligned with Toyota’s audience and collaborated on content concepts that brought the brand story to life. Assisted with location needs and served as the main client point of contact throughout pre-production and production. Managed timelines, budgets, asset routing, and creative approvals while overseeing workflows across producers, videographers, designers, and developers for a wide range of deliverables, including social content, high-impact digital units, and a dedicated digital hub.
The Results
The campaign exceeded performance benchmarks, with creator videos and social tips outperforming engagement rate goals by 40% and 81%, respectively. Additional content continues to live on the program’s digital hub, extending reach and impact across Toyota’s target audience.
